Wickenburg 29th ANNUAL BLUEGRASS FESTIVAL & FIDDLE
CHAMPIONSHIP
November 14, 15, 16, 2008 "OUT WICKENBURG WAY"
You’ll find three days of activities, including
continuous music by noted Bluegrass Bands. Featured
bands entertaining all three days at the festival this
year are: "Midnight Flight", High Plains Tradition" and
"Flint Hill Special"
The Bluegrass festival is located at the Everett
Bowman Rodeo Grounds, the festival location for the
three days; you’ll find food & drink concessions,
arts/crafts, and a designated Kids Zone. Organizers
prohibit bringing in alcoholic beverages, food and
coolers from the outside. Spectators are encouraged to
bring lawn chairs or blankets to sit on while enjoying
the music. General bleacher seating is available on
grounds.

November 12: San Diego Feast Day
Held at the Tesuque Pueblo just outside Santa Fe, this
traditional feast day features various dances, food, and
a gathering of the community. Tesuque is one of the
oldest Pueblos in the Southwest, established about 1250.
