holiday menus this Thanksgiving at Ristorante
Tuscany, Meritage Steakhouse and Blue Sage
Restaurant.
Ristorante Tuscany,
an elegant AAA Four-Diamond restaurant featuring
progressive Italian cuisine and award-winning wines
at the Tuscany Cellar, will be serving our fall
tasting menu as well as a prix fixe dinner offering
seasonal Thanksgiving favorites.
The Ristorante
Tuscany Thanksgiving menu includes items such as red
kuri squash soup, ricotta dumplings with cranberry
glaze, goat cheese panna cotta, sage-roasted turkey
breast with ciabatta-cappacola stuffing, mascarpone
whipped potatoes and traditional holiday pies.
Offered from 3 to 9
p.m. on Nov. 27, the Ristorante Tuscany Thanksgiving
dinner is $45 for adults and $20 for children ages 5
to 12 years old.
Enjoy stunning
mountain views at the savory Meritage Steakhouse,
which will be serving its delicious menu as well as
a holiday prix fixe dinner. The Thanksgiving menu
includes sugar pie pumpkin bisque, honey glazed
carrots with bacon and pistachios, braised turkey
leg with black truffle gravy and spiced cranberry
sauce.

at Meritage Steakhouse will be offered from 3 to 9
p.m. on Nov. 27. Cost is $55 for adults and $28 for
children 12 and under.
For a grand
Thanksgiving buffet with a Southwest flair, visit
Blue Sage Restaurant. The buffet features smoked
prime rib, whole roasted turkey, sweet
potato-marshmallow gratin; wild rice with
cranberries and almond; sage stuffing and fresh
shellfish display with sweet crab, jumbo prawns and
Pacific Coast oysters.
The Blue Sage
Restaurant Thanksgiving buffet, served from noon to
6 p.m., is $65 per adult and $30 for children 12 and
under. Picturesque outdoor seating is available at
this casual, lively eatery.
