Executive Festival Producer David William Gibbons
explained, “The White Sands International Film
promotes many film genres focusing especially on
short narrative films and documentaries from around

internationally and actively with associated cities
in Mexico, which are seen as the first generation in
the film festival industry in supporting and
promoting the film world in Mexico; never seen
before in the history of the film
festival business."
Gibbons is known internationally for his work as
director and
producer of 14 Days in
America and 14 Days in Great Britain, two
