Phoenix - JW Marriott Desert Ridge Resort & Spa is
offering delicious Easter breakfast, brunch and dinner
menus at its Vista Lounge, Blue Sage, Ristorante Tuscany
and Meritage Steakhouse.
For a casual Easter breakfast buffet, enjoy the
beautiful Vista Lounge located on the lower level of the
resort's grand lobby with floor-to-ceiling windows
overlooking shimmering waterways surrounded by the
majestic McDowell Mountains. Hot breakfast and
continental buffets will be offered from 6:30 to 11 a.m.
The hot breakfast buffet is $22 per adult and
continental breakfast buffet is $17 per adult. Both
buffets are $8.95 for children.
Blue Sage restaurant will offer a festive Easter grand
buffet where picturesque indoor or outdoor seating
offers majestic mountain views overlooking meandering
waterways and the lush Sage Court lawn.
The restaurant's impressive buffet will feature smoked
salmon, sturgeon, trout and mackerel; Greek, pasta,
caesar and nicoise salads; omelet and pasta stations;
and jalapeño chicken and pork sausage with basmati rice
pilaf and spring vegetables from the resort's on-site
organic garden.
The Blue Sage Easter buffet is $65 per adult and $28 for
children under 12 years old. The grand buffet will be
served from 11 a.m. until 5 p.m. on Sunday, April 12.
Ristorante Tuscany, an elegant AAA Four-Diamond
restaurant offering modern Italian cuisine and
award-winning wines at the Tuscany Cellar, will be
serving an Easter brunch menu including an antipasti
buffet with gourmet meats and cheese, heirloom tomato
caprese and bruschetta; cranberry walnut French toast
and hickory smoked king salmon. Guests will also enjoy
grilled kobe beef sirloin, a Dungeness crab benedict and
Tuscany's signature boar ragu with handmade rigatoni
pasta.
For dessert, savor tarts, parfaits, mini cakes and a
chocolate fountain. Offered from noon to 4 p.m. on April
12, Ristorante Tuscany's Easter brunch is $49 for adults
and $20 for children under 12 years old.
Savor prime aged steaks and perfected classics at
Meritage Steakhouse, which will be serving Easter dinner
starting with a choice of soups and buffalo mozzarella,
baby arugula salad or romaine parmigano. Tantalizing hot
dinner favorites will include a selection of filet
mignon with béarnaise sauce, dry-aged New York sirloin
with a green peppercorn topping or seared steelhead
salmon.
Family-style side dishes feature sautéed exotic
mushrooms, roasted garlic mashed potato and glazed
asparagus. Tantalizing desserts include a duo of
vahlrona dark chocolate-caramel tart and strawberry
almond torte with malted milk chocolate cream.
The Meritage Steakhouse Easter dinner is $65 per person
and will be served from 3 to 9 p.m. on Sunday,
April 12.
