ESTATE HOUSE INTRODUCES  THE ALL THINGS CHOCOLATE VALENTINES DAY MENU - 2009

 
Chocolate Fondue from the Estate House

Scottsdale, AZ - On February 14, 2009 Estate House invites guests to savor in an intimate Valentine’s day dinner with a delectable “All Chocolate” three course, pre fixe menu.  With a variety of sweet indulgences, Executive Chef Gio Osso, prepares specialty confections including:

  • White chocolate, Osetra caviar, Duncan Farms organic baby Forono beets

Prosciutto di Parma wrapped Gibb scallops, crisp vitelotte potato, ruby port milk chocolate glaze

  • Almond wood smoked duck breast, vanilla confit spanakopita, blood orange chocolate demi
  • Nuttella, dark chocolate, and white chocolate gananche with assorted fruits and confections

The Valentine’s Day dinner is offered from 5:00pm to 11:00pm on Saturday, February 14, 2009.  Estate House has rich, warm and textural decor with wood beam ceilings and an extensive art collection of drawings, photographs and paintings adds the intriguing suggestion of a multi-generational, private estate collection. Its inviting ambiance is derived from the juxtaposition of European countryside comfort and polished, stylized features while full length silk drapes adorning the French doors opening to canopied outdoor terraces.  For pre-or post dinner libations, Upstairs at Estate House is situated on the third floor.  Blending the sophistication of a glamorous, uptown city lounge with the comfort of a well-appointed living room, guests enjoy live entertainment and a distinctive new lounge menu.  A spectacular bar, finished in black and brown zebra wood, rich leather and plush velvet booths, comfortable window seats or leather club chairs and high-back velvet sofas add to the lounge ambiance.

Estate House is open Sunday-Thursday from 5pm-10 pm and Friday/Sat. 5pm -11pm.  Upstairs hours: Sun-Wed. 4:00 pm – 1:00 am and Thursday-Sat. 4:00 pm-2:00 am. Address is: 7134 E.
