Vegetable Cookery and Salads” on Thursday, June 11,

Messina Hof’s expert culinary team will reveal the
secrets of a simple salad as well as the unique
variations you can create on your own. Salads offer a
light and healthy opportunity to combine whole grains,
fruits, vegetables and meats into one delectable dish.

matching different ingredients. All homegrown products
will be from the Messina Hof garden and local farmer
markets.
