Fall Season Draws "Crabby" Diners as Eddie V's Restaurant Group Celebrates the Season of Stone Crabs

Scottsdale, Arizona — Stone Crab season brings tasty claws to the table at Eddie V’s Prime Seafood and Wildfish Seafood Grille in Scottsdale this October!  The stone crab season begins on October 15th and continues throughout mid-May, 2010.  “The seasons have always defined our cooking here at Wildfish as we always outsource the freshest fish and anticipate and welcome our first crabs of Autumn,” says Executive Chef, Abby Egley.  “Our Colossal King Crabs are flown in daily from the warm waters surrounding the Florida Keys, and are always succulent and very meaty,” says Eddie V’s Executive Chef, Brian Feirstein.

The Florida Stone Crabs are served at both restaurants fully-cracked and on ice, accompanied by fresh lemon.  Complimenting the seafood, Atomic horseradish and the restaurant’s own special version of Joe’s Stone Crab mustard sauce is also available.
