restaurants and 60 wineries to promote Texas
food and wine at the 25th Annual Texas Hill
Country Wine and Food Festival presented by
Central Market April 15-18, 2010 throughout the
Greater Austin area.

Resort will be participating in the following festival
events:
Big Dog Reds - Wine Tasting
A popular walk-around tasting with food provided by III
Forks' Jamie Gutierrez, Big Dog Reds showcases those
monster Cabernets that populate most Steakhouse wine
lists. Visit with the winemakers and owners who craft
these wines, and be prepared to go home with purple
lips!

Stars Across Texas
The Festival's Grand Tasting, set in the spacious Long
Center for the Performing Arts, brings together the best
in Texas wine and cuisine. The stars here are definitely
big and bright - the hottest restaurants from Dallas,
Fort Worth, Houston, San Antonio, Austin, and the Hill
Country and beyond bring their best to this unique
event. Rub shoulders with celebrated Chefs and
Winemakers from Texas, California and the World! The
Festival's Guest Chefs will circulate during the event.

Sunday Fair
The soon-to-be-home of The Salt Lick's winery provides
the venue for this annual celebration of Texas
restaurants, chefs and artisanal food producers along
with Texas and guest wineries and craft brewers. Stroll
through producer tents, watch cooking
demonstrations and listen to live music all afternoon as
you sample the best of Texas and beyond in the idyllic
surroundings of the Texas Hill Country.
This event is not recommended for anyone under 21.
Designated Driver ticket available.
