For starters and sides, diners will also savor Lon's fresh baked brioche "monkey bread," short rib hash, Kurobuta ham, and creamed spinach.

"We wanted to introduce the most appealing breakfast menu that would accommodate both our professional clientele who is seeking a power breakfast meeting or the leisure guest who wants to catch up with friends," said The Hermosa Inn Managing Director Michael Gildersleeve.

“We also take pride in our farm-to-table dining at Lon's, providing our guests the freshest products available with the most flavorful impact on the senses and good nutritional value,” he said.

Diners can enjoy the exquisite ambiance of Lon's charming dining room or its scenic, legendary patio with beehive fireplaces, offering breathtaking views of Camelback Mountain.

The comfortable environment at Lon's features an elegant adobe dining room with wood-beamed ceilings, vintage Western artifacts and beehive fireplaces that accent the meandering dining space. The charming setting includes the artworks of the historic inn's original owner, cowboy artist Lon Megargee.

Get your groove on in the morning at Lon's at The Hermosa with a tantalizing breakfast menu. Breakfast menu prices range from $3 to $16. Reservations can be made by calling Lon's at 602-955-7878.

Lon's Executive Chef Pacheco is returning to the Valley after serving as chef de cuisine at Society Café Encore in Las Vegas, honored as one of Esquire magazine's "Best New Restaurants in America." Pacheco also served as chef de cuisine at the former Terrace Dining Room at The Phoenician.

The Hermosa Inn is a jewel of a hideaway in the heart of the Valley…minutes from Scottsdale, yet surrounded by an exclusive neighborhood in Paradise Valley. Hand-crafted by cowboy artist Lon Megargee as his private residence, the inn’s adobe architecture has kept its “old Arizona” character and charm. All 34 casitas are surrounded by spectacular landscaping and beautiful desert vistas. The $2 million remodel of the accommodations retains the legendary personality and intimate atmosphere of the original hacienda, enhancing the accommodations with fabulous new amenities for the more upscale experience that today’s discerning guests prefer. The culinary centerpiece of the inn is Lon’s, the celebrated Four Diamond restaurant renowned for “artful American” cuisine.

The Hermosa Inn is located at 5532 N. Palo Cristi Road in Paradise Valley, Ariz. For more information, visit www.hermosainn.com and www.lons.com.
