BILTMORE FASHION PARK ADDS MORE WINE AND DINE
Center Announces First-to-Market Seasons 52 and Rojo
Restaurants
Phoenix ― The flavor gets even better
at Biltmore Fashion Park, known as the crowned jewel of
central Phoenix. With a growing roster of restaurants,
now including first-to-market Seasons 52 and Rojo
Mexican Grill.
Joining Seasons 52, slated to open later this year, Rojo
Mexican Grill serves new culinary creations and many
traditional dishes such as quesadillas and enchiladas.
The restaurant will seat more than 250 guests and will
be located next to Zinburger.
“We want to make great, authentic Mexican food more
accessible and in an environment that’s warm,
comfortable and familiar, the perfect location for us
was Biltmore Fashion Park” said Michael McDermott,
co-founder of Rojo Mexican Grill along with Jason
Merritt, also his partner in founding Kona Grill.
McDermott developed the concept and menu after years of
traveling to Mexico, scouring his father’s recipe
archive, as well as crafting and fine-tuning dishes. The
result is an original concept that delivers creative,
high quality and affordable food that is simple and
approachable.
With the addition of Seasons 52, and Rojo Mexican Grill,
there will be ten sit down restaurants total available
to guests at Biltmore Fashion Park. From sushi to steak
to burgers and shakes or even globally-inspired and
James Beard-award winning fare, Biltmore Fashion Park
offers something for every appetite. And the appetite
can be satiated early, as many of the restaurants offer
amazing Happy Hour drink and food specials.
Biltmore Fashion Park boasts a number of first-to-market
retailers and restaurants including Saks Fifth Avenue,
Alessi, Calypso St. Barth, Escada and Vera Bradley as
well as The Capital Grille, Christopher’s & Crush
Lounge, True Food Kitchen and Zinburger. The center also
offers retail favorites such as BCBG Max Azria, Coach,
Ann Taylor, Ralph Lauren and Brooks Brothers. Recently
announced, Little Artika will open next to Hyde Park
this October offering one-of-a-kind children’s apparel.
“Biltmore Fashion Park offers the perfect blend of
fashion coupled with one-of-a-kind dining experiences
that truly makes the center a destination for all
Arizonans,” said Karen Litton, Property Manager at
Biltmore Fashion Park.
Many know Biltmore Fashion Park for its central location
in Phoenix and many others recognize the center for its
events. Hosted on what is known as the Center Lawn, this
part of Biltmore Fashion Park is the energy hub. The
Center Lawn has seen thousands of guests over the years.
Whether it’s a charity-hosted evening event, Sundays’
Yoga in the Park with lululemon or Fridays’ Movies in
the Park event series, the Center Lawn is bubbling with
activity. Movies in the Park will return for the third
year this fall with a new line up of American classic
films that include Raiders of the Lost Ark, American
Graffiti, The Great Gatsby and Scrooged. Guests come
early, bring their blankets and grab dinner from one of
the restaurants to enjoy movies under the stars. The
entire movie line up for October-December can be found

and fashion to life at such a prominent and
centrally-located center,” said Trent Guerin from g2
