SCOTTSDALE, Ariz.—Executive Chef, Christopher Mayo adds a new selection of cuisine to the popular “PLATES FOR DEUX” menu Monday-Sunday evening for the mere price of $42.00! Guests are invited to enjoy a delicious gourmet meal for two, a 500 ml. carafe of wine, warm beignets and a selection of dinner entrees including:

• Beef Burgundy with turnips, potatoes, carrots, celery, and red wine
• Cassoulet with duck confit, braised lamb, saucisson, tomato confit, and white beans
• Fish For Two such as loup de mer, grouper, or sole (offered exclusively on Friday nights)
• On the Roast Chicken preparation changes weekly (offered exclusively on Saturday nights)
In addition, Metro Brasserie will be offering half-priced wine by the bottle every Sunday and Monday evening after 5:00pm.
