talented student designer Consuelo Pascual.

Consuelo Pascual is Navajo/Maya from Farmington NM. She
received a degree in Fashion Merchandising in 2005 from
New Mexico State University. She moved to Santa Fe in
2008 to study Fashion Design at Santa Fe Community
College. She is inspired to play with fabric texture and
her work features various pleating and ruching details.
She also created contemporary Native American
accessories (earrings, arm bands, and belt) combining
vinyl, metal pyramid studs, and turquoise colored beads.
