For fashions, hair and accessories, check out what these southwest designers and salon owners have to say about musts this fall:

With so many world issues going on, I think a must for any wardrobe is brighter fall colors. Colors don't have to be neon, but brighter with cleaner and classic styles. We are use to seeing darker tones when it gets cooler, why not brighten up your day with some "happier," flirty, but classic styles.
Jennyvi Dizon Couture, Phoenix

One of the biggest mistakes we make in the southwest is washing our hair everyday. Our climate is a little too dry and the shampoo washes all our natural oils out. So try washing your hair every other day at most. You will notice your locks get shinier and healthier in about a month.
Christopher Valdez, Owner Inspire Salon - Albuquerque

Our lug-soled boot is a definite must have for the fall and winter, visit our website to view our large collection of handmade boots consisting of exotic skins, intricate tooling or basic calf. Custom designs available upon request.
Susan Lapointe, Sales Manager at Back at the Ranch Cowboy Boots - Santa Fe

Fall Trend Alert!! Choppy layers make a big comeback for fall, and Bed Head texture!! Put away the curling iron, and bring out Joico texture spray. This product creates texture for that next day look and feel. Haircolor is deeper and richer, golden hues, rich browns and mahogany reds are the key this fall. Jerome Gonzales, Hair Stylist for the In Crowd - Hair Ink Salon & Tattoo Studio, Albuquerque

A must have for Fall? Shoulders are back with a passion. I just made myself a new "Mad Men" inspired suit from mohair. Very lounge lizard.
Ezra Estes, Designer/Chair Fashion Design Department, Santa Fe Community College

The MUST have for FALL is DENIM, you can DRESS it UP or DOWN, the FUNKIER the BETTER in my OPINION! You will see many different cosmectic techniques done to Denim this FALL for Men & Women; (1.) Dk. Navy Denim w/ Heavy Sanding (2.) Black Denim w/ Paint Splatter (3.) Dark Black Denim, Skinny Jeans w/ Contrast Zipppers!
