The Gingerbread Cookie Martini

INGREDIENTS
1 & ½ oz. vanilla vodka
1 oz. amaretto
½ oz. simple syrup
1 teaspoon of molasses
Splash of cream
Pinch of cinnamon, allspice & clove
Small slice of ginger
1 graham cracker, crushed
PREPARATION:
Muddle molasses, simple syrup, cinnamon, allspice, clove
and ginger in the bottom of a shaker. Fill shaker with
ice, vodka, amaretto and cream and shake. Rim martini
glass with graham cracker crust, strain mix into a
martini glass and garnish with ginger or a cinnamon
stick and serve straight up.
