chance to attend the South Beach Wine & Food Festival in

the 28th annual FOOD & WINE Classic in Aspen on June
18-20, 2010. The event’s outstanding schedule was
announced and will feature demonstrations and seminars
with culinary masters such as Jacques Pepin, David
Chang, Giada DeLaurentiis, Michael Symon, and Thomas
Keller. Top Chef fanatics will not want to miss their
favorite judges Tom Colicchio and Gail Simmons cook
delicious meals, as well as a special Classic Quickfire
with Top Chef season 6 winner Michael Voltaggio
competing against Top Chef Masters season 1 winner Rick
Bayless.
First-timers Tim Love, Art Smith, and Paul Greico have
been added to the exclusive list and several new
programs will also debut this year. American Express
Trade program will host trade-only power lunches with
David Chang, Morimoto, among other greats. The Grand
Cochon event, featuring ten chefs who will create their
best pork dishes at the Hotel Jerome, will close the
FOOD & WINE Classic in Aspen.
