Physicians Formula Bamboo Wear Bambuki Brush
Cosmetic Review by Cheryl Yale-Bruedigam

The Physicians Formula Bamboo Wear Bambuki Brush, this brush is huge!  I promised a review for this a while back. I have been using it the past few months and it has its ups and downs.  I do love the hugeness of it with the benefits to that being it makes for quick and easy, hurried, out the door, get-it-on-and-go applications as far as a bronzer, pressed or powdered foundation. You get wide, proportionate and even coverage but less control.  Its best use is likely for a final dusting of loose powder with which to set your makeup. This brush can pick up a large amount so be sure to "tap" off the excess before your application.

I will state the obvious here, this brush is not for blusher or any type of blending or contouring, it is too large but that is not its purpose. It is sold as a separate tool for the use in applying the many wonderful powders and bronzers also carried in this line.

The bristles are coarse because they are a natural hair which may surprise one who is purchasing a product that appears sustainable because the handle is bamboo and and the packaging is green in color though the packaging itself also states to be sustainable.   We know of course that the natural hair makeup brushes pick up and hold better and apply the makeup better than synthetic bristles.  That is a personal choice.

If you are interested to try this brush by all means do and it can be a wonderful addition to your makeup tools.
