Fajita Wraps from the kitchen at Southwest Flair
A light, easy summer dish

flour tortillas
sirloin steak
lettuce
tomatoes
cucumbers
lemon
soy sauce
hot chile pepper

Use partially frozen sirloin and slice into long strips about 2-3 inches. Boil strips in hot water until browned. Remove immediately.

Prepare lettuce, wash and separate leaves. Wash and cut tomato in half slices. Peel, and slice cucumber into long slices the width of the cucumber.

Heat tortillas.

Dipping sauce: Fill small bowl with Soy Sauce. Squeeze the juice of the lemon into Soy Sauce. Add sliced chile peppers and seeds.

Take individual tortilla, lay flat on plate. Fill center with meat and the fresh vegetables. Wrap up, dip into the sauce.
